1. These Regulations specify the conditions under which reservations and rental of a room can be made. Making a reservation is tantamount to accepting the provisions of these Regulations. At the moment of making a reservation (paying the deposit), the rental agreement is considered concluded.

2. By making a reservation, the Client consents to the processing of personal data solely for the purpose of fulfilling the reservation and meeting the registration obligation in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 29.08.1997 on the protection of personal data. The person making the reservation has the right to access and update their personal data.

3. Upon arrival, the Client signs the rental agreement and these regulations.

4. The amount for the stay (reduced by the deposit) is paid in cash by the Client on the day of arrival when collecting the keys.

5. In the event of cancellation of the stay covered by the reservation, the deposit is non-refundable and is converted into a voucher that can be used within 2 years. This does not apply to the Winter Holidays, May Holidays, Easter, Summer Vacation, Christmas, and New Year's Eve periods. Deposits for stays during these periods are non-refundable. In the case of shortening the stay covered by the reservation, the charge for unused days is non-refundable.

6. Late arrival or early departure does not entitle to any discount.

7. The rental period starts at 15:00 (arrival) and ends at 11:00 (departure).

8. In the event of shortening the stay by the Client, the amount for the unused period is not refundable.

9. Check-in and check-out occur in the presence of the owner or an authorized person.

10. Only registered guests who have been reported to the owner may stay in the rooms. In case of exceeding the declared number of persons using the room (without the owner's consent and knowledge), the company reserves the right to immediately terminate the contract with all consequences without the obligation to refund the previously paid fee. We do not accept visits from individuals not residing in our rooms.

11. The price of services provided by the company does not include insurance. Clients use the services at their own risk. The company is not liable for injuries, damages, and destruction of property (damages caused to the health and property of third parties), including theft of luggage during the entire recreational stay (we advise you to arrange appropriate insurance before arrival). The parking in front of the house is unguarded.

12. Upon arrival, but before moving in, the Client is obliged to inspect the room, i.e., check the furniture, windows, shower cabin, and other devices in the room. The positive acceptance is confirmed by the Client's signature on the regulations.

13. Any remarks regarding damages or destruction should be reported immediately to the owner.

14. The owner allows for the possibility of identifying so-called hidden damages but only in elements that are not visible (such as a damaged bed, damaged wardrobe doors, etc.).

15. The absence of remarks from the Client regarding such damages within 60 minutes after receiving the keys means that the Client has no objections regarding the entire premises, and all devices and furniture are present in the correct quantity and in good condition.

16. The Client is financially responsible for damages that occur in the room during their stay and agrees that any repairs for damages or removal of defects will be carried out at their expense.

17. In the event that the Client significantly disturbs the peace and/or the rights of neighbors and does not adhere to commonly accepted norms of coexistence, the owner reserves the right to terminate the Client's stay in the room and is not obliged to refund money for the unused period of stay.

18. If, due to a violation of the quiet hours in the building from 22:00 to 6:00, the owner or the person responsible for the keys is called to the location by neighbors or the Municipal Guard or Police, the owner has the right to immediately terminate the contract.

19. Smoking tobacco is strictly prohibited in the room. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas outside the property.

20. Due to fire safety requirements, it is forbidden to use any electrical or gas-powered devices or appliances not provided in these premises that could pose a fire hazard, e.g., electric heaters, radiators, gas burners. The introduction of flammable materials, explosives, and materials with unpleasant odors into the room is prohibited.

21. The Client is obliged to maintain and return the room in its original condition, which includes, in particular, leaving washed dishes and kitchen appliances and taking out the trash before departure.

22. The agreement concluded between the Owner and the Client does not include transportation, meals, or organization of the stay.

23. The company is not liable for temporary inconveniences occurring with subcontractors in the room caused by, for example, a temporary lack of water, electricity, and Internet.

24. Children under 18 years of age may not be left unattended in the room or on the playground without an adult. Trampolines, slides, etc. are intended solely for children.

25. The law applicable to disputes between the owner and the client is Polish law. Any disputes will be resolved amicably, and in case of disagreement, the competent court will be the one appropriate for the owner's registered office. The owner of the property will decide on matters not regulated by these regulations.

26. Pets are not allowed in the room and its surroundings.

27. The fee for losing keys is 50 PLN.

28. Any defects should be reported to the owner immediately.

29. When leaving the room, windows and doors should be closed.

30. Entry to the boiler room and other utility rooms belonging to the owners is prohibited.
